PMS

I know we all know what that is but if you don't it is premenstrual syndrome. That little period before your period where you are bloated, retaining water, tired and really out of sorts.
I am so not feeling the day or the past couple of days. Yesterday I had no time literally to work out once again. You see I have a grand opening of a store here in this little town I live in and I'm running around trying to do all that needs to be done .....alone with kids in tow.
I didn't get home til around 10pm and tried to cook instead of fast food. Catfish nuggets ...(hey it was quick and mac and cheese oooooh so healthy right?)
It was bath time for each family member and off to bed only to be awakened by my son for a bottle a 3am.
So its 8 in the morning right now PMS is here and took her shoes off in my space and I am at it again trying to find time to work out and eat right..........in the middle of my busy life.
But I have got to so something since I just found out I am at 47 percent body fat! That is ridiculous! I almost fell over! But more on that later.
I wish I could seriously find the time.
I'm open for suggestions at this point? Anyone have any?

First of all, give yourself credit for trying to take charge of your health - along with being a mom, starting a blog and opening a store! Yikes

Here is what works for me - I make myself move a minimum of 5 days per week, for a minimum of 30 minutes. Try getting up earlier or taking a walk after dinner. I also make the kids participate by riding bikes while I run/walk.

As far as eating to goes, planning ahead is my trick. Try doing prep work in the morning(i.e. marinate chicken or pork chops to toss on the grill later. I get off track when there is no plan, and I am too tired to think of one.

Wow thanks Cee Cee I appreciate that. I must say Im thinking I might have to wake up at 5am instead of 6 to find the time to work out. But now I cannot honestly say that will work but 5 days thirty minutes I certainly need more than that as at 47 percent body fat that is soooo not cute. I need mega cardio lol.
In terms of cooking I got lucky and found a George Foreman grill for ten dollars brand new in the box! So out with frying and in with grilling!
Thanks!
